Have purchased many items here - including my engagement ring, 2 wedding bands, husbands wedding band, watch and earrings. You must be patient as this small store is often very busy but it is worth the wait! Kurtis helped me design (and change) my engagement ring to be exactly what I wanted.  Pay cash and save the HST!

Worst customer service I have ever received. We were going to buy our bands and wedding gifts here but have since decided not to after our last visit.

I can't say enough about Kurtis Sales. They custom made my engagement ring and it turned out better than I could have imagined.  The customer service is unreal!  So helpful, knowledgeable and very understanding. I would recommend them to anyone! They've got life long customers with us.

My Husband purchased my engagement ring here and they did such a great job that we bought our wedding bands from them. Service was excellent and they were fair prices, much cheaper and better quality then buying from a large chain. The first time I tried on my wedding band it was not what I wanted, and without hesitation Curtis sent it back and got it re-made. It came back the second time perfect. I also went in looking for a cross necklace for a confirmation. They didn't have what I was looking for, so they had me explain to them exactly the style I was looking for and one week later they brought in exactly what I wanted, and at a very good price. The only downside is the hours. If you live out of town and are only able to go on a Saturday they have very short hours, and every time we have been in on a Saturday they have been packed. We had to wait for service almost every time. Once you meet with someone though, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. This will definitely be our go to jeweler in the area.

Shopping for the perfect piece of jewelry for your loved one can be very stressful but the staff here have made it enjoyable.  It is very easy for me to say that I will not go anywhere else for jewelry as they have earned my trust!
