I had an engagement ring made in record time and what an incredible piece of art. My now fiancé was beyond thrilled and I couldn't be more pleased with the craftsmanship and service. I have the pleasure of travelling Canada for work so I've walked in and out of countless jewellery stores but who would've thought the one would be right in my own backyard. I walked into a comfortable atmosphere and was greeted with a smile - 3 minutes after closing I might add. Jim is such a friendly guy and very experienced. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and a budget to play with and what I got was exactly what I had in mind. A one of a kind piece that you can see was built by passion. Heffernan's is the only place I'll go for jewellery.

This was a lovely shop with great staff who were very helpful! I would definitely recommend it, their jewelry is very high quality for an extremely good price!

Great staff. This is the second location - I usually go to their location in Waterloo on Philip but this is sometimes more convenient. Really helpful guys
