Delicious food, from start to finish. Their friend ouster appetizer was amazing. I had their steak special and it was cooked to medium rare perfection. Our waiter Quintin was friendly and very helpful, even though he had just started. It is a bit pricey, but it's worth every penny!

My husband and I had our first meal at fratellis tonight. Upon arrival I was unpleasantly surprised to be told that they were closing early. I had called ahead to ensure they would be open, (I work in the restaurant industry, so I knew there was a chance the holiday would cause them to close early) but I was assured they would be open. However, after hearing that I had called earlier, the manager (Eric) immediately told us we were more than welcome, made us feel at home and even sent over an incredible appetizer on the house very unexpectedly. Our server was Ian, and he was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, and incredibly upbeat in spite of it being so late and the restaurant having already been “closed” before we got there! I was so pleased with this entire experience. I can genuinely say I have never been treated so well AND had such wonderful food. Needless to say, we will be making this a regular date spot. Perfection from all parties involved.

Always a great time with large portions and very tasty menu items. I know ive tried them all. Time and money well spent

Food: absolutely delicious is and a real treat. Service: not adequate for a restaurant of this caliber. We had to ask for utensils after our food had been served, even with two waiters basic hospitality had to be requested and was not provided.

I had chicken Alfredo I wasn't impressed it was very bland. The salad was good, the atmosphere was good. The waitresses were very friendly. Our waiting time was about 10 minutes. We had reservations. We were a party of 12.
