Great service and the advisor explained all aspects of the services performed very well. There was one exception. The initial quote for the scheduled service was x, but when I went to sign the credit card slip, the price was 1.25x (25% higher). Nothing was explained to me about the invoice being that much higher until I asked. I should have been told that the price was higher than what I was quoted when I was checking out and before I was presented with the credit card slip to sign.

From my initial phone call scheduling an appointment to picking up my car, everyone was both professional and polite. I felt that the staff was especially conscientious and efficient. Friendliness is paramount to any business. Jim Hudson Ford will continue to have mine.

I appreciate very much the help I received from the parts department. I had ordered part for my Explorer which was almost $300. It was connector which fits on the battery terminal. They said to get the piece I needed it had come with all the cables. I picked it up the next day. The salesman that helped me the next day, which I think was named Van , said he didn’t think that I had to buy the whole thing. So he did more research, even though they were pretty busy, and found I could just get the top part. It only cost $46. Saved me almost $250. Thank you so much for caring that much about your customer.

Took our 2017 fusion for its first service! The service advisor was great, but the "technician" that worked on the car for a simple oil change and tire rotation was not so great. First he got oil splashes all over the engine and left a small puddle up front. I understand you can splash a little but you clean it up! You don't leave a mess! Then he scratched one of the wheels while doing tire rotation! It's sad that a Ford dealer can't have reliable tire/lube guys! Also the advisor made sure the tech topped off fluids and the tech got angry that he had to take the car back in to top fluids off, meanwhile that should be a normal routine! Won't be using this dealer anymore!
