Just had an awesome experience @ Goldbay Pawn Shop! I personally am a vintage jewelry ring collector & Goldbay has some beautiful pieces for great prices! I highly recommend stopping in if your looking for a good find. Dave & Dave both had great customer service! Will be back soon.

There are so many places I could've went to here locally. I didn't want the run around- so I checked on the internet and came across this site and read the reviews and the majority were positive- So I went here and low and behold, I was pleasantly surprised. 😊 Customer service was excellent and I was given a very fair price for my gold. If anything, I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this business- being a business owner of 20+ years myself.

I'm actually changing from 3 stars to 5*stars. So from now on this store has 5*star from me.!! Keep doing a good job, and keep having a good\fair customer service, and more and more people we'll come to your store (I hope)..!!! P.s. I been doing business with this shop for a few months, and I noticed they have pretty good customer service and pretty good prices. There are fair and honest. Also the location on Maple-- there's one older guy works there, he seems very nice guy, and everytime I come, he always nice to me, and get me the best deal I can get. The owner of the shop is pretty straightforward too, and I like this alot.!!! That's nice, when owner of the store just tell you how it is and he's pretty fair. That's why I'm upgrading my status to 5* stars..!

Went in for a simple ring attachment for a necklace and he simply provided me with one and attached it.... for nothing! Wow, that was a small thing but speaks highly for the shop and it's staff. I'll go back there when I have a need for tools!

Went in with silver spoons for silver value and the silver spoons I have clearly indicate a.1 with the brand from England and the guy David told me they were not real and said that they were silver plated when they aren't. . they are worth 65$ and he was trying to get them from me for free worst place to sell silver in Spokane but I think it was my oi k shirt that upset the homophobic person
