I decided in December to make this our Spring Break destination. I booked directly and got a good room rate so......we checked in on Tuesday (by the way, we're still here) and from the time we got here, everything has been GREAT! We came in from Ohio and had LOTS of hours to let pass before the 4 pm check-in time. I called to see if it were possible to check in early and Marvin allowed us to because the room was ready. Our room (512) was very clean and the oceanfront view is SPECTACULAR! The hotel does not seem to be crowded and the parking garage has not been full. The wonderful thing about the garage is that, in some cases, you park outside your door!! You must be vigilant of the ignorant people who won't turn on their headlights and then there are those who are above driving the 5 mph limit and damn-near head-butt you as they careen around the corners! It's tight but manageable if you know what you're doing. The only room issue was that we had just returned to the room and when I shut the door (you have to turn the handle while closing it) the handle fell off! The front desk sent someone to repair it within about 10 minutes of my call. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Great view of the ocean. Room was clean and beds were comfy. The hotel staff was courteous and attentive. The hotel is dated and our bathroom was very small and water pressure was somewhat low. Note: upon arrival, hotel clerk unexpectedly told us there was a NON-refundable policy for any nights not stayed. There was no complimentary breakfast. When all is said .....the view and price is worth the stay!

We booked for the spring break weekend. Great customer service from Donald our front desk agent. He was very accommodating and helpful. Our room had a slight issue but it was handled with ease. I will definitely return to this hotel again. Fyi: It's an older hotel that has been renovated but it is right on the beach. It also has an indoor pool and hot tub.

Only thing I don't like is they didn't get to our room until 4 p.m and they didn't change our sheets. We managed to get an ocean view room right above the pool on 2nd floor right next to the beach. Great hotel. Just need better or faster room service. Restaurant down stairs is about 4 stars and breakfast is open til 11 unlike most hotels that close breakfast at 7

It was a wonderful place to have our family gathering. Loved beach view and various styles of rooms. The hot tub and little kiddy pool was fun! Only disappointment would have to be not very good wheelchair accessibility.
