This was our first visit to Long Bay Resort and we had a great stay! No complaints at all. The gentlemen at the front desk were super helpful and very nice. The pool area was nice and clean too. This resort is great for families. Great view of the beach, Nice Location and very convenient. We will for sure be going back to stay at Long Bay Resort. Also, I booked our room through Evolve. That was a wonderful experience as well too!

Excellent resort. Have stayed several times. This last visit I had attempted to find other location just to experience more but once I toured the other more advertised resort I seen it was all bells and whistles and I came quickly back to Long Bay. The service has always been excellent rooms nice clean and comfortable. Love Long Bay will be back and won't even be looking because I know I love this place.

The gentleman at check-in was extremely kind and professional. The room towels were extremely dirty. They appeared to have definitely been used and refolded. They definitely were not clean to say the least. I really think a good health department would have closed the entire facility down if they tested the towels and saw what was on them. The hotel manager was informed and promised a full refund, but at check out she did not keep her word. I don't plan to ever stay here again and do not recommend this hotel. The outer appearance does not match the cleanliness or the overall service.

Enjoyed my stay. Only issue was allowing guests to have massive floats in the pool. I have 2 small children who could barley move some times due to the size and amount of huge floats in the pool. Having someone stationed out by the pool area to maintain order would be helpful. Other than that, it was a great location and nice for families.

Where to start? We had to call housekeeping as soon as we entered the room because: 1. The kitchen floor was stick and needed to be mopped. 2. The dishes were dirty. Also, there was a fake fingernail in the bathtub. The ceiling over the air unit was peeling, and the air unit itself looked like it was falling apart. And the bathroom was extremely small. I gave it two stars instead of one because it is ocean front, it did have a kitchen with full fridge and stove. And one added bonus was that the parking deck was attached to the building so that no matter what floor you stayed on, you could park right at your room.
