I'm a yearly visitor and this year sucked. This rating is on this visit alone. Normally a great place to stay but not this time. When I asked the very friendly front desk clerk where to file a complaint she immediately asked if it was about housekeeping so maybe this issue has been brought up enough to get it fixed. I addressed the cleanliness issues with her and was thanked for my comments I was then informed that they were trying out a new company. The Resort is nice, lots of new additions. Staff at the resort are great. Very friendly and always available. If they can get the housekeeping fixed then it will pick up the lost stars.

I really did enjoy my stay here. Great features! Loved the view, bar and stores. My favorite part was the view. The only cons in my opinion were beds are hard as a rock and room floors were dirty and needed to be sweep/mop. However did stop me from enjoying my stay.

Nice room layout, but I think we were the first customers in the room for the season as there was a pretty thick layer of dust on everything. Website is a little deceiving as it appears that you look right out at the ocean from your room, but most of their rooms are set back with other buildings between you & the ocean. Also, don't expect to get daily housekeeping. Our first day they ran out of towels & we always had to call for fresh towels, trash bags & toilet paper. Overall its a decent value, just know that the service is very basic & it's a do-it yourself type thing. GREAT DJ on Sunday!

The Hotel renovation were awesome. My family loved the location because we were able to explore many travel spots. The resort is super convenient to the ocean. The view of the ocean was spectacular from our room. The Hotel personnel was very helpful with assisting my family with all our needs. The indoor swimming pool was great for this time of the year. My son didn't want to leave the resort because he had so much fun. We appreciate all the assistance we received at the hotel. Thanks for everything!

The rooms were dirty and smelled.... They didn't have our room ready after check-in which was at 4p and we got there at 11:30a... Only good thing was the manager, he was nice and responsive... I will NEVER go back there. A friend of mine said she had the same issues when she went last year.
