We stayed here for four nights over Easter week. Our room was unquestionably very nice. Clean, well stocked, roomy and well appointed. The furniture on the two porches was standard K-Mart quality (not self proclaimed 5 Star Resort Quality). The lobby and common areas definitely are looking a bit tired and not what you'd expect to see at a high level resort- Maybe something more that you'd expect at an older Marriott in need of an upgrade. The pool area is clean and well maintained. Many families were enjoying it and appeared to be having a great time. Only issue with the pool area is that 3 of the 4 nights there were loud drunken crowds out there having a fraternity party it sounded like. Each night we called, and each night it was addressed but I think they ought to be a little more proactive and maybe do something about it before guests have to get up at 3am and call. Just a suggestion....

My family and I drove up to Myrtle Beach for the weekend and I booked a room at Marina Inn and we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite. My visit exceeded my expectations. The suite was fully functional, relaxing to the point my family wanted to stay longer. Overall my experience at the Marina went from a short weekend getaway to a memorable experience that my family and I will always share.

Bathroom area was amazing. However, the room itself was outdated, with A LOT of antique furniture and the balcony is not private at all. Your neighbor can be a peeping Tom (that’s how close they were). The hot tub was indescribable cold. The WiFi sucked! And, JOHN at the front desk is rude and tells half truths. Needless to say, We originally planned to stay 2 nights but because of the dissatisfaction of only being there 2 1/2 hours we rather had a refund for both nights. JOHN only refunded half of the money even after we decided to no longer stay on the premises. John basically cheated us out of $167.42 for not even staying there AT ALL! If I could give 0 STARS I would! The only genuine person there was Dick (the valet gentleman).

Nice place but bring your own pillows. The ONLY big issue my husband and I had was the bedding! The pillows at first seem to be nice but then as you laid your head on them they flattened out to nothing. We got a room with two queen beds which each had four pillows on them. Needless to say even with the four pillows we tossed and turned all night trying to get comfortable! If you need to get a good night sleep then I suggest bringing your own pillow or ask for replacements.. Other than our awful night it was a great place.

Its one of the best motel I ever visit. Everything is there. You don't even got to leave to motel. It have a restaurant and a bar inside. A place to work out and a inside pool. Very nice.
