We always stay at this place it just has good prices it has everything you need in one hotel. It does not have a water park but it has a bunch of pools indoor and out and hot tubs and a bar in a bar at the pool. If you go on off-season their prices are great I went on off-season for my kids graduation gift and I got a two bedroom for $85 plus tax can't beat that and it's quiet not a lot of racket. They have racquetball a workout room a laundry room an arcade room just all-around good hotel and very clean.

Affordable beach front. Nice size room with kitchenette, clean. Second time here, just love it! Oh, very friendly service. Thank you for making our vacation enjoyable!

My fiance and I checked in without reserving a room first and they had availability and were very friendly. Even the staff that we saw in the elevators were nice. The room was a decent size for being the smallest one they had and it was very clean. The only negative thing I have to say is the parking garage was way too tight and it wasn't even in the summer time. I would definitely stay here again, but in the off season.

The property is definitely a little older but that does not affect their service! I stayed here over the past weekend (4/13, 4/14, 4/15). The location was perfect as it is only 8 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. The resort features an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna as well as 3 outdoor pools (including a 1ft for the babies!), outdoor hot tub, and lazy river. The outside portion of the hotel also offers a restaurant that they have coupons for at the front desk and its own private beach access path with showers and a seashell wash station! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we did have to change rooms after finding a few damaged appliances in the first one. The front desk manager on duty had no problem switching our room at short notice and had maintenance men in the old room ASAP. Maintenance also came to our new room and did a walk through to ensure everything was fit. I would definitely stay here again.

Me and my family came and stayed here for our annual beach getaway for the weekend and it was absolutely horrible. The staff was not as friendly as they needed to be, meaning whenever we had issues and would go down and ask them about them, they didn’t seem concerned, etc. There were bugs in the apartment. Roaches at that. Disgusting. There was a leak in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms and a leak from the drip pan for the air conditioning unit in the kitchen leaving water in the hall that people could slip on. The water drainage didn’t really work AND to top everything off our phone didn’t work either! IT’S BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
