I was so impressed with the level of customer service. There was never any pressure to buy, but Mitch was willing to answer my questions and help me find exactly what I was looking for. As I was wandering the display floor looking at all of the options, I was able to observe how professionally a customer who came in with an issue with a previous purchase was handled. There is no doubt in my mind that if I have any concerns with my purchases, there with be completely resolved to my satisfaction. Gustafson's has found a new life-long customer in me!

Sales people actively avoided asking us if they could be of any help . That's fine Choice Furniture was happy to help get us set up in a complete living room set our home.

My salesperson was super helpful and willing to work on prices to get me the best deal, the reason I don't give them the 5 stars is when we arrived to pick up my items I purchased the two gentleman that came to load the items into are vehicle weren't very friendly, when we tried to help they told us to let them do their job, proceeded to run the cart into the truck which is what we were trying to avoid. Other than that very Happy with my purchases

Courtesy and customer service are outstanding. Very knowledgeable about the merchandise sold. Stand behind their products. Good quality. Special ordered a table and benches for me. Also delivered and set up all three pieces by helpful employees.

We worked with Kim and she was so helpful!!! I'd go back to her for any future needs. Delivery came on time and the delivery guys were just as great, adding to our positive experience with Gustafsons.
