Do not buy from here. We have purchased before and will most likely never return. Lately we have purchased a mattress and adjustable base. We were also told a mattress cover would be thrown in (100$ cover) or 100 off a cover of our choice. Salesman wasnt there when we came back so they wouldnt offer that deal anymore. Then, Found out that while delivered the base leg was bent from install. We reached out immediately and were given the run around numerous times. No one would ever call us back, we were told they don't even fix the bases, and no one would EVER give us a straight answer as to what they were going to do to fix it. It has now been over a month and I still do not have anything fixed or done. I wish I could return it all and just be done. We hate the base because it isn't even comfortable but they don't take them back! Don't waste your money! I wouldn't even give 1 star.

Great selection of furniture. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I had financing for my purchase. I will definitely return for any future home furnishing needs.

RoomPlace in Rockford has great customer service! When our couch started flaking after less than a year Roomplace gave us full credit toward the purchase of new furniture and exhanged at our house 200 miles away free. Anna was great thank you and thank you to the drivers who were very nice and professional.
