I'm so glad Best Buy is only 15 minutes from my home. I like going there. The staff is great and the browsing atmosphere is outstanding. I'm one of those people who like the savings of open-box deals. So I might visit the store without making a purchase.

The staff knows me if not by name, by face and I always receive courteous service.

My laptop blew up on a Saturday afternoon and I have online classes. The Associate was so helpful. I had a brand new laptop and was back home in 1 1/2 hrs. after going in the store. Can't beat excellent product and service

These are the most unprofessional, lying , inconsiderate group of people who work for this company, especially the store in Macon Ga. Customer service is a joke, again liars unprofessional inconsiderate misleading people and company that I have dealt with in a long time  . They will lie to you to get you to buy a particular product and LIE and say they have it in stock , and they reschedule the delivery several times , only to find out it was even in  stock they just wanted to make the sale.  The only reason I am giving 1 star is because you cant post a review without one , YOU DESERVE 0 STARS

Worst Best Buy I've been to and I've been to alot.... I'm Elite status with them and have spent thousands with Best Buy.... I'm still waiting on Joey to call about my Otter box case for my Note 8 and he was suppose to call 6 days ago.... Ordered the case online for pickup in store and after I drove 40 mins to pick it up they didn't have it...... POOR POOR POOR
