My wife and I just popped in to get a stacker kit for our washer and drier. We showed them model numbers of our set and walked out with the kit in short order. Competent, simple, and no cheesy sales crap (e.g. "How'd you like a 47" TV? We're running a sale today only!"). I like that.

Really great staff answered all of my questions and had lots of options and very knowledgeable about the products.

My husband & I bought a Samsung theater system about 1 yr ago. We called the customer service to file a claim. We were jerked around and lied to an entire month. I never will recommend HHgregg to anyone ever again. Poor customer service and poor quality!!
