Tried to cash in one of those e- gift cards best buy gives you in your email, however I did not know it had to be greater than or equal to the total. That is ridiculous, and after I got picked out something else thinking that I had it the idiot behind the register said that I still needed to $2, really, I left my purchase at the register, walked out and called the manager. That did not get me anywhere either, best buy is corrupt and I will never shop there again.

The Geek Squad manager, Jack, was so kind and helpful today! Let’s just say I’ve had past trouble with contacting the 800-Geek Squad for help with a broken expensive TV. So today I decided to bypass the number, hoping someone in person at the store could help me schedule an appointment without me having to call the number. Jack took care of my problem with patience and professional. Thanks Best Buy!

Adrienne in the geek squad is awesome! She was patient with us even though it was almost closing time. She made sure our computer was prepped and fully ready for the next day so we can have a quick turn around. Thanks again!!

This is a pretty nice standard Best buy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Came in for Black Friday and it was a good experience.

I really appreciated all the help given to me by the salesman who helped me. I bought my first 4k tv and the explanation of the difference  between 1080p and 4k was very helpful in my decision. I always enjoy  this store, because everyone is always very helpful.
