Took my car here for the first time to get state inspection and was really impressed. Very clean waiting area with television, drinks, coffee. I dropped my car off and mike stayed in touch and kept me posted throughout the process. Very courteous staff. They definitely earned a repeat customer in me and I will recommend them to everyone. This location is in the One Loudoun area and a great local business. They are very fair and provide great service. If you live in the area they can provide ride service. I bring my cars hear all the time for inspections and their tire prices are very competitive.

I've been to a lot of garages over the years - but VA Tire & Auto at One Loudoun is the best ever. It was so easy to drop my car off for an oil change - and despite my mentioning possibly needing new windshield wipers, I was NOT “up-sold" as they found the current wipers were in good shape! Car was ready when they said it would be, and check-out was quick & painless. Not that I availed myself this time, but the waiting room is bright, with both wifi and TV, and coffee, water, and sodas are available in a clean and accessible location. VA Tire & Auto - Ashburn is my MOST FAVORITE mechanical store ever!

Dealership recommended brake service and would have charged a ridiculous amount. Went to VA tire & auto for a better price and a second opinion. They could've just sold that brake service to me but told me I don't need it yet, much appreciated! I'm with them with my second car now, only good experience so far.

Took my Wrangler in for an oil change, alignment check, and my driver side heat wasn’t working. 
I get a call stating there are no leaks and the heat issue would be resolved with a flush costing $120. Was also told the alignment was checked and straightened out. 
15 mins before they close I call back to see if it’s ready and was told it was ready and just needed paperwork finished. When I get to the shop 10 minutes later, my car is still on the lift and my alignment had not even been checked yet, leaving me to wait around for another hour. 
2 days later my heat is worse and now smoke is coming out of my engine. When I take it back I’m told that NOW may water pump is leaking and needs replaced but I wouldn’t be charged labor and would be refunded the $120 for the flush that was previously recommended. After getting my invoice, There was no credit for the flush and it was chalked up to a miscommunication.  They will not own the fact that THEY screwed up my water pump which cost be another $250.  I will never return to this place.
