Nice people at the service desk and a couple options for sitting to wait. I was a new client. The computer system they use needs to be faster or have more efficient software. I was only there for a VA safety inspection and it took about 15 minutes just to check in. A good experience overall. I hope it won't take as long to check in when I need to go back.

Took my car to have a tire replaced because they were the only ones that were able to get one for this particular car. I was told that my wiper blades were torn and streaking and needed to be replaced. I was surprised by this since they have been working just fine for me. I said that i didn't want them replaced today. I later had another auto shop look at them and was told that they were fine. Im not taking my car back here again as this is not the first time something like this has happened. Plus the customer service is not professional.

These guys are awesome they quickly take care of me and get me up and going in my work automobile great customer service especially Riggo.  Always a class act and very straight up and helpful.   I'm still going to use them even when I move to DC.

I have had good and bad service at this shop over the years, but I can no longer go there except to get tires based on two recent interactions.  

Earlier this week, they failed inspection on my daughter's car indicating that the brake pads were less than the required 2/32 of an inch.  They quoted her a price of $420 to do a break job on the car.  I had my daughter take the car to the dealer for another opinion.  The dealer indicated that while the car had enough padding to pass inspection, they diagnosed why the pads were wearing more than they should be (the car has only 30K miles on it) and quoted a significantly cheaper price to fix the problem.  

Several weeks ago, my wife brought in another car to have the tires rotated.  They indicated that they could not 'legally' rotate the tires because two of them were worn too low.  They quoted an amount for two tires, which was higher than the Tire Rack amount AND they added an additional labor amount that I couldn't figure out.  When I brought in the Tire Rack quote and pointed out the mysterious labor charge, they matched the Tire Rack quote (I'll give them a plus for this) and knocked off the labor charge, but I should not have had to point this out.  Sorry folks, but I just don't trust you anymore.

I’ve taken my car here a couple times and the service was always slow and over priced.  I overlooked that and needed a job so I talked to a few of the employees.  I can now say I’d never want to work at the Cascades location.  They said the manager Jason makes sure to give all the good work to his brother who is a technician at the shop so all the other employees get barely anything.  I will not work for a company that plays favoritism and I will definitely not be bringing my car back.  The owner should look into this shady location and maybe separate these two brothers.  I’ve heard very bad things other than that.
