Wow. If all the Holiday Inns were as good as this one, my family would only stay at Holiday Inns. The staff are great, the food is good, rooms large and super super clean. They're dog friendly but there's none of that weird smell. Breakfast isn't free but it was substantial, for the price. Very centrally located, right off the big road but still quiet and calm.
We didn't use all the facilities but there were plenty. Great lobby, gorgeous landscaping. Well worth the tariff.

I could not ask for a nicer hotel. The price is remarkable it’s beautifully renovated. It is very stylish and up-to-date. All the employees have just been outstanding. Wes is fabulous at the desk Dave in maintenance, I think, is super sweet. Chef John in the restaurant is very talented... with a great personality.  There were a few other employees that were great but unfortunately I don’t remember they names.

Clean rooms.  Nice staff.  Good restaurant.  I don't particularly understand the Christian theme throughout the hotel, as well as being told that in the bar the only news channel they could play on the TVs was Fox News.  Seems ridiculous for a national hotel chain to do something like that.  I'm guessing the Franchise owners are highly conservative. Could have been a 5 star stay without that nonsense.

The staff open the door on 3 times when I was in the room trying to sleep. And the manager did even come out of his off to say he was sorry. I did get a  call from the manager and a wonderful dinner. The rest of my stay was great. I would gladly come again

Great hotel with convenient access to I-40 and the Billy Graham training center at The Cove. Approximately 7-8 miles from the Biltmore Estate. Hotel has been recently renovated and has beautiful lobby and restaurant areas. Guest rooms are updated and nicely furnished. Be sure to check out the hotel restaurant - great food and good service. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel during our stay. Breakfast buffet is very reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again.

3/7/18: Great hotel with a super friendly staff! Lots of electrical outlets and USB connections throughout the hotel but most especially the rooms. Love the decor....lots of detail. Fitness center has a nice selection of machines. Check out the restaurant too; good food reasonably priced. Shout out to Holly and Wes!!!
