I would not stay here again for multiple reasons. One hour after check out my wife realized she had left a valuable heirloom piece of jewelry hanging in the suite, we called to have the item retrieved and it was no where to be found. Management is impossible to get in contact with. I have not yet received an apology for this experience. I know the jewelry was stolen by an employee weather it be housekeeping, front desk or management. Terrible overall experience, we were woken up early morning by a dog barking in a truck in the parking lot. Room was not as expected, dirty bed cover, dirty bathroom floor, cigarette butts all over hotel grounds. I was expecting more. I would recommend to stay somewhere else.

It was a very nice and quiet getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!

we booked a room with a jetted tub... it kept stopping every 5 minutes! The inside door handle fell off and the phone didn't work for me to call the front desk! the bed felt like I was sleeping on a slab of concrete! that tub I was telling you about is stuck back in a corner of a room where you can't see anything! Oh and if you're lucky enough to get a room on the back like we did, there is a bar that plays really LOUD music several hours after midnight! And the breakfast was NASTY! But the staff was friendly and the pillows were comfy

This is by far the worst hotel experience ever. The rooms wasn't clean until 3 hours after check in. I was told to leave my stuff in the room while we went to the basketball tournament we were playing in. I left a special boot for my foot I sleep in and a under armor shirt in the closet. We got back to the room after the ball game and they were both missing. Contacted front desk and they had the boot but no shirt. I'm still waiting on a call from the manager. The lady at the front desk pretty much told me I was a liar. I wouldn't recommend staying here they are not honest people. The beds are old the breakfast is not good and the rates are to high for the quality of the place. Quality Inn and Suites of Asheville Biltmore East is horrible!!

decent room, quiet and clean, good free breakfast variety with strong coffee. It's close to downtown, so the drive in is convenient. There is an ingles grocery store and a dollar General close to the hotel.
