Room smelt like cigarettes and we were supposed to have a non smoking room. Even the towels smelt of smoke. My grandparents tv downstairs wouldn't work. No elevator made it hard to take luggage upstairs with 2 small children.

Hotel itself is fine. Booked king non smoking. Was put in room that did NOT have a non smoking sign and reeked of smoke. When we inquired we were told "we guarantee the room, not non smoking". Then charged us $11 more for the change because it was 2 double beds vs 1 king. NOT good business! In addition, the woman at the desk last night was rude and uncaring. NEVER AGAIN!

Asked for late checkout. Night clerk gave me one and the day clerk gave me 15 minutes to leave. Pillows and bedspread were awful. I'm glad there was a box store near by. WiFi is spotty. No free breakfast was offered. Just . multiple things were not right.

The room was great but kinda old looking. The breakfast was terrible tho. It was very limited. The customer service was okay. They didn't talk much just say there and stared. Also they only have one computer tho so hopefully you don't have to share
