The room was real nice. The staff was helpful. The king size bed was real soft, and everything was clean. My wife and I had no complaints.

This is a nice little jewel tucked away right outside of Memphis. Rooms were nice and modern. Staff was super friendly. Several eateries in walking distance. Outlet mall down the street. 2 exits down from Memphis and 1 exit away from practically any where to eat or shop including a Wal-Mart. This is on the Lander Center exit so I am sure it can probably be a little congested during events.

Called at 930 am. Asked for rate and available check it time. Was told I could check in about 1030 and also given the directions. Drive 45 minutes and told check in 2 o'clock and if I wanted early check in its an additional 15 fee. They even acknowledged the conversation but failed to advise on other charges.

Definitely one of those you-pay-for-what-you-get scenarios; my room was outdated and looked like it had been neglected for quite awhile, the bed was rock solid and I don't mean construction wise, the hot water caused the pressure to drop significantly and the air conditioner was pathetic. The only perk would be that it's by several shopping centres and eateries. Overall an irritating stay.
