ANSWER TO OWNER RESPONSE:  MORE LIES!! I needed my daughter to show income because I am off work at this time and they do not accept the insurance checks as income, that was completed and my loan WAS APPROVED. You told me that you spoke with someone there and was told I was not approved. LIE AGAIN. I called them when I left your lot, and no one in the office spoke with you!! You also lied about the amount I was approved for. I was approved for more than the vehicle was selling for, yet you were saying I needed a $1000 down. I also wanted to give you a deposit because I was unable to get in to finish up the paperwork until the next day, but you never called me back. I came in to give you a deposit when I discovered you selling the vehicle to someone else! I am actually so glad that this happened, because I ended up with a newer, much nicer Jeep, with less miles. THE NEXT DAY. I STAND BY MY ORIGINAL REVIEW!!!!!! Karma is everything Sultan, we were talking about ONE day. I guess it's true, everything happens for a reason.

****Do not buy from the MARTINSBURG LOT!!!!! I wouldnt even have given 1 star, but it wouldn't let me give 0. I was lied to, and when I went to finalize the deal on a vehicle, after much back and forth, the loan done and INSURANCE PURCHASED, I walked in and Sultan was selling it to someone else!!!!!!!! I honestly thought he was joking when he said it was sold. This is exactly what gives used car dealers a bad name!! I am telling every single person I talk to about this rotten dealer!!! I wasn't even planning on buying a car, but this was the exact car I wanted so I went for it. I dont think I have ever been so mad in my life! Up until I walked in the door, Sultan was the nicest guy ever. I guess he showed his true colors. Very disappointed

HONEST! Courteous, friendly, flexible and reasonable. Sultan was perfectly helpful and will do everything possible to ensure you have a pleasant and stress free car buying experience, which is rare and greatly appreciated in a used car buying experience. Within minutes of speaking with him about my budget, concerns goals he quickly put my mind at ease and I became certain I would leave the dealership with a vehicle and a price I would be happy with, and that's exactly what happened. I strongly recommend making sure United Car Deals and Sultan are a consideration and "must visit" when shopping for a used vehicle.

Honest, up front and transparent  about vehicle condition and all financing. Steering was a bit rough during test drive. They offered a loaner until the issue is fixed.

They deserve more credit for what they do! They put my needs before their own. Got me the best deal possible even lost profit for me to get the deal I wanted/afford. With my credit I didn't think it was possible. The whole time I was thinking it's too good to be true. But they definitely work miracles. Thanks Sultan!
