I just bought a 2016 Dodge Ram from Tate. I was helped by so many people. Tate really believes it takes a village to sell a car. I really felt like I was the only person on the lot! Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous and ever so patient. The salesmen, Mike and Jamie were magnificent. Nate Ferguson was the quickest finance guy ever. We were in and out in a very short time. Tate is straight forward and to the point with no hidden agendas. I told them my payment goal and they made it happen. I’m a customer for life! I just bought a 2011 Town & Country minivan from Tate Chrysler. Their used car sales team was excellent. I did an online inquiry with them concerning the Town & Country. Rick responded quickly and setup an appointment for me to view and test drive the car. 
My fiance and I went to view/test drive and the car today and was thoroughly impressed with Tate. 
The minivan was as advertised and the price was excellent compared to the other minivans I had shopped online. 
Tate's finance manager quickly gave me several finance options to choose from and I ended up paying a little less monthly than I had expected.
I would highly recommend their dealership to my friends and family. Rick and their whole staff were very straight forward, friendly and helpful. Rick even allowed my fiance to change my son's diaper in their office! I had an excellent experience with them and would gladly buy from then again!

Salesmen were great when I purchased my Dodge Durango. The service department needs some work. After 3 weeks of owning my brand new dodge I started having issues with a tire pressure sensor. I called to try to get an appointment and they told me to just bring it in when I could. When I was able to take my vehicle  to get serviced I walked into the service department and was greeted by NO ONE. After pretty much forcing a man at the desk to talk to me I was told it would be at least an hour and a half before they could even look at my car. Needless to say I left and will be having my car serviced at Miller Jeep/Chrysler during an appointment that they were more than willing to set up for me.

I broke down along the road here in Frederick not from around here from 4.5 hours away. They have helped me tremendously  at first I walked to them and they gave me a ride to the local auto part store.  Which it was Easter weekend. They were closed Sunday ended up being stranded out here for 2 days. Decided to walk back in and explained my situation and told them I didn't have my title with me and  that I was tired of putting money into my current car. Now I'm trading it in and getting a wonderful deal on a brand-new jeep renegade. Thank you Kevin Lowe from tate dealership. And everyone else. It's sad to see my car go but I'm happy to have a more reliable car for me and my family.

I had an awesome experience purchasing a new Jeep Compass!! My salesman Mike Barthel was very supportive and knowledgeable. I had searched online for a new vehicle and he responded right away. Great communication, made my buying process very easy. Finance Manager was the best. Thanks Mike!!!
