Brenton was great to work with his experience and knowledge really was amazing. He explained everything I need to know about my new car.  It was an amazing experience.  Everyone that I dealt with was great and walked me through the process.  It was quick and enjoyable!

First of all I called to inquiry about a used vehicle and was transferred immediately to the nicest, most professional individual I’ve ever dealt with, Christa.  She couldn’t have been nicer and scheduled a test drive for me the following day.  When I showed up I was greeted by my salesman, Joey Johnson.  Again, the nicest and lowest pressure salesman you will ever meet!  A great guy all the way around...ask for Joey!  He brought the vehicle to me and recommend I take a long drive to get to know the vehicle and come back at least 30 mins later.  We loved the vehicle and the dealership...it’s no wonder the dealership has so many accolades!  We worked with Joey and the sales manager, Karl Brady...again, Karl couldn’t have been a nicer guy and more professional to work with!  We will NOT be buying another vehicle anywhere else, ONLY from Younger!  Thanks Christa, Joey and Karl for a great buying experience!  You have a customer for life!

Crazy experience! Really was looking to buy a car from here and was given the run around. The first time I’ve ever had a car salesman who wasn’t on his game on calling me back and putting effort into making sure I would buy something. On top of that the salesman finally told me to come down to check out the truck since it was ready .. not only did they not clean it (we found trash in the Glover compartment and back seat) the paint was chipped with about 4 scratches. Knowing I was VERY interested in buying the truck you think it would be cleaned up .. talk about a disappointment when you think your going home with a new car. To finish .. the Manager or GM was so rude! Not giving me the time of day. Little did they know I was looking to put down about 10,000$ on the truck. New to town and would never recommend the place! Went to car max down the road and they were super nice and honest and while looking at cars found two other people who had also just left that Nissian due to rudeness as well as “a bunch of guys hanging around but no one wanting to sell a car” .. let’s just say I’ll be going to a different Nissian to find the truck that they have! Also after reading the reviews on here (which I should have done first) seems like I had a normal customer experience .. most of these reviews have been updated after having a really bad first impression.

I am not sure how this experience could have been better! 

I scheduled a time to come in & see a particular vehicle I was interested in. I was greeted immediately when I walked in, introduced to management, a copy of my driver's license was made, and next I knew, I was in that car by myself, driving around Frederick. Once I got back, it was quick and simple. I spent 2.5 hours there and left with the car I wanted and payments I could afford. No hassle. And this was the first time I've ever financed a car. Great company. Highly recommended.

Just got the news that my dear family friend who lives in Maryland went to the dealer to speak with one of her acquaintances  that is employed there. One associate approached her and kindly asked her to wait while they went to fetch the person for her. Another employee Jason Barber approached her and began berating her demanding to know what she was doing there and why she was there. She became understandably nervous and started to cry. She began to walk off the showroom floor and Jason Barber continued to yell at her as she walked to her car. It is incredible that Jason Barber would be able to talk to someone like that especially an elderly woman who would not harm anyone. This level of disrespect towards another person is appalling. Everyone beware of this establishment if they employ and tolerate the behavior of Jason Barber.
