I have been looking for a car for a while and had a good idea of what I wanted. I got in contact with Gavin and he was very helpful! When I came in he had the car ready for me to look at. I didn’t feel any pressure at all and Gavin made sure I knew that it was important to him to not only find me a car I would enjoy but one that works for my budget. I have bought a number of cars and this was by far the best experience! I would recommend anyone to come and talk to Gavin if you are looking for a car!

Corbin and Brad were great to work with. Corbin found us the perfect van on another lot and was able to get it for us. We never would have thought to try the lot he took us to. Brad and Trevor made sure we got the best price possible and we left under budget with a beautiful van. Thanks everyone!

My salesman was Ray Martinez, he was super funny and so helpful. I would recommend him to anybody, they offered great promotions and discounts as well. I got a great deal on a super great car. I was a first time buyer and they treated me with respect and dignity, even when I felt silly asking specific questions Ray helped me feel more comfortable and gave me clear answers. This is an awesome place to buy a car.

I'm not a big fan of the buying a car process. Actually I hate it. Having said that, I just purchased my third vehicle from Larry H. Miller used car supermarket, and I will continue to come back here. It's the sales people. Every time, they have been patient, polite, personable, and not in the least pushy. This time, I worked with Carl, and David. Both gentleman were attentive to my situation, professional, and all around pleasant to work with. Thanks for excellent customer service as usual. Great place to buy a vehicle.

My salesman was a terrible person. What a surprise! I believe his name was Spencer. 

These guys were awful, I was interested in one specific car, and it was in another location and he said it needed "too many repairs". He actually told me the service dept wanted $4000 for the repairs so they were going to auction it off instead. 

After realizing they were not going to sell me on another car, they magically made a deal with the service dept and me and another salesman went to pick it up at the other location. Besides needing a battery, it drove fantastic. They were OBVIOUSLY just looking for a quicker sale. 

In reality it needed a battery, tires, brakes, a switch for the e brake, the headlights cleaned, and that is about it. After it was all said and done, the service dept charged me $2600. ANY THEY DID NOT EVEN REPLACE THE TIRES! 

When I asked "Spencer" about paying large chunks off early because we get bonuses at work, he tried telling me I am better off saving them for later payments and went on this rant on why that is the smarter thing to do. 

I could not believe what this guy was telling me, I am better off paying the insane interest (I have bad credit) than paying it off early. At nearly 25% interest, on a five year loan my $10,000 car will have cost me $25,000. And Spencer says save it for other monthly payments, OMG. 

What a scum bag, and he wonders why he has trouble sleeping at night. (A lovely conversation we had while waiting for financing). 

Is this any different than any other used car dealership? Probably not, but please realize what you are getting into! Salesman will say anything to get you into a car.
