The service and attention to my needs and wants in a vehicle were phenomenal! I would recommend them to anyone who’s in the market to purchase a new or used car. They were hands-down the best place that I’ve ever bought a car from. Everyone I mean everyone that I came in contact with had some way of playing into me purchasing my car and made the decision even easier. Even if they were not part of the sales team they are very hopeful and excited to help me with whatever question I had! Thanks Aladdin, Lorenzo, Anderson, Travis, Carter, Anthony, Sumo and even the cleaning lady for making this car buying experience one of the most remarkable once I’ve ever had.

Bought a new 4 Runner from AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia. I had a great experience. The dealership and their inventory is massive. The staff was very courteous and professional. Tip: Ask for Salesman Kevin Kim. His service to us was outstanding and he was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions and made the car buying process very pleasant. Will definitely go back and refer friends/family to AutoNation Toyota.

When I went to the dealership to go see if I could find a car as an anniversary gift for my husband, I was greeted by David Love. He did a very good job at helping me in choosing a car for my husband. I was thinking of getting a a Camry, but he showed me a bigger selection of other cars in the same color that I wanted and we ended on trucks. I picked out this tundra that was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I'm glad that David helped me because I wouldn't be able to choose it on my own. He was extremely nice and completely honest with the cars. He told me the pros and cons of each vehicle he showed me and I really appreciated that. I will recommend him to everyone I know who needs a car!

“So Happy! ” Our experience at AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia was excellent. My husband and I visited the dealership because we were in the area and "considering" trading in and getting a new car. We did not think we would walk out of there with EXACTLY what we wanted. As we browsed the lot, we came across Joe Carter II. He was very friendly, helpful, and honest. He was able to locate the vehicle we wanted - model, specs, even the sweet red color. The team worked with us on our trade and gave us a great deal on the new vehicle that worked with our budget. We never felt pressured or rushed, overall a really nice shopping experience. We are so happy with the purchase! Highly recommend this dealership. So I ended up buying a Toyota Corolla S from these guys. I gave myself some time to truly think about my experience, and I can’t say it was really positive outside of the Finance manager, John. I ended up getting a decent deal after 4 hours of haggling and being told about policies and what not. Meanwhile listening to the General Sales Manager get incredibly upset because it’s a Saturday and a customer wanted something on a letterhead. It doesn’t matter how things may look from your perspective, you shouldn’t ask “Why are you being like this? It’s a Saturday. I’m the General Sales Manager and you’re making my life difficult” on the SALES FLOOR. Additionally, when a customer returns after buying a car to ensure all documentation and loose ends are taken care of, don’t make them wait 45 minutes and have 8 people walk past that person before someone offers to help. I stood in the middle of the dealership waiting on my salesperson to come get my spare key from me. Kinda makes me wish I shopped around more. Love the car though. EDIT: I spoke with John Rogers, the finance manager for Toyota AutoNation, today (4/30/18). After a lengthy conversation, he discussed with me that they spoke about the comment I made originally. Needless to say, they're reading the comments here. John expressed his gratitude in an incredibly professional manner -- he recognized that I wasn't seeking anything from my review but insisted on taking care of me for my honesty (2 oil changes and a detail for my new Corolla). Based on that conversation, I am happy to change my 2 star review to a 4 star. I hope the change of culture is real because they have a lot of great products in their inventory!
