I was recently in the market for a new car so i went up to the mall of Georgia area to test drive different models from different dealerships. When I went to Mazda for a test drive I met Canon Smith who was far and away the best salesperson I had met that day. Canon was knowledgeable about the vehicles and provided great insight on the differences between packages. Canon made such an impression on me that even though I have a Mazda dealership closer to my house when i finally decided to make a purchase I felt it was important to buy from Canon. It was truly a great experience.

I have been in the process of buying a car for a few months now and I have dealt with some very pushy salesmen who have made my decision to not buy from them very easy.
I then walked into mall of Georgia Mazda and was greeted by Canon smith who is a great guy he really took the time to find out what I wanted and got me a great deal, I would highly recommend using Mazda and if you do ask for Canon he will really take care of you.

Also to top it off the sales manager Gary came to say hi and it turns out he is also from Scotland and he too is a great guy with great customer service skills, he is also going to take me fishing on his boat which I am thoroughly pleased about.

If I could give 6 stars I would this place is the best dealership I have visited by far.

We had a great experience!!! Our sales person was Greg Ray , awesome guy very professional. I came into Mazda thinking that I was not going to be able to trade my 2012 Ford Fusion that had a hundred and sixty-seven thousand miles on it for a used car, but after spending only 4 hours here I am driving out of the dealership with a brand new 2018 Mazda 3 I couldn't believe it I finally got out of a buy here pay here. Only $180 more on top of what I was already paying for the Ford Fusion but given the fact that it is a brand new car I think I got a really good deal. Thank you so much Mazda Mall of Georgia team for helping me go further. Zoom Zoom!

This was my first time buying a car so I was nervous but Greg at Mazda made me feel right at home. He was honest about vehicle specs and got me the price that I wanted. He was so patient and answered all my questions very helpfully, which allayed my fear of car salesmen! Would highly recommend Mall of GA Mazda! They are very trusted and respected for a reason!

I want to thank Mall of Ga. Mazda for their excellent customer service and desire to go above and beyond to help my family.  It all started with a trade in that I brought in years ago where they impressed me significantly enough with their services and solutions to my situation, that it made me come back to them while I searched for a truck.  I have had the pleasure to meet Cleveland Luster and he has made a commitment to not only put me in the right wheels but to create a partnership with Mall of Ga Mazda.  I thank you all and and will recommend this dealer to friends and family.
