Dustin is the best!  Got me in with minimal notice, got me into a rental car and then got the fix done.  Took some time as the part had to be special ordered but aside from that, this was a hassle free as it could be.  Totally happy to give them my business.

Great service visit. The mechanic was not in on Saturday, the day of my service visit and they offered a rental. They got my recall done on Monday and called me to pick it up. The service rep was very nice and professional.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would! this was the worst customer service experience i have ever had in my entire life! Brandon the sales person and Damon the so called "manager" were both beyond disrespectful and rude. I would WALK cross country before i ever even had the slightest thought of purchasing a vehicle from here, let alone recommend someone to them.  Words simply can not express my utter disgust and bad taste this place left me with!!!! On top of all the rudeness and disrespect we came to an agreement on price for a vehicle and had plans to come the next day to sign the paper work, when i called to ensure everything was still good, i was informed they could not obtain the vehicle we had made a deal on and refused to look for an equivalent vehicle for me and before i could say anything the so called "manager" Damon abruptly hung the phone up on me.

Dustin Nelson Rocks!

Dustin is a Service Manager at AutoNation Fiat Mall of Georgia. Dustin performed a perfect job making sure my maintenance needs were met on my 2012 Fiat 500 Sport.

I have brought my car up to this dealership several times and always found the staff courteous and knowledgeable. My service advisor, Dustin has been great! He did not stop until all of my issues with my vehicle were resolved. I always felt my concerns were taken seriously and and he went the extra mile to ensure my family's safety. In the end, my car is running great and I will continue to be a costumer of this service department!
