I leased a Pilot here last week and had an incredible experience.  After working with several dealers/brands I walked in on a Fri evening.  Stacy White and Johan helped me right away, quickly assessed what I needed to see/hear (and what I didn’t) and jumped in.  We worked out a deal with the utmost professionalism and ease and I left that night in a beautiful car.  The entire team was friendly, pleasant, high integrity and low key which I appreciate.  I am a working single mom with little time - this was my first time negotiating a car deal and I felt very comfortable and didn’t have to deal with any haggling.  If you’re in the market for a Honda come here and ask for the dream team guys- Stacy or Johan!

Absolutely fantastic service! They really pulled out all the stops to match our price point and gave us an amazing deal. We went to several other Honda dealers and none of them could come down to the price we were looking for. All the staff here are super friendly and we were very well taken care of. I highly recommend buying a car here. :)

Jonathan Vidarte is by far the best sales person I've ever worked with! He made the car buying process super easy. His customer service skills are over the top! He was such a pleasure to work with! He explained everything, did everything to make sure we were happy with our purchase, got us the best deal possible, and seemed really sincere - versus a sneaky sales guy that we all dread dealing with at dealerships. He was wonderful! Thank you and we will be back to see you again soon for my car!

I used to have a Toyota and went to the dealership across the street all the time for services whether it be an oil change, tire rotation, transmission flush whatever. They always got me in and out in a decent amount of time and if it was too long they’d offer to drive me somewhere within a radius. Today, I came just to get and oil change and my tires rotated and it’s taken nearly two hours. I was the only car to pull up in the service bay and there wasn’t even any cars ahead of me. No estimate on how long it may possibly take so I could’ve came back on another day or anything. After a hour and a half I get up and ask how much longer just for a brush off answer of how it should be coming out soon and they’ll go look in another 20 minutes. This is an oil change not a whole reconstruction of my engine. I should’ve bought another Toyota. Service goes a long way.

I had a Toyota vehicle before buying this Honda. Oh my do I miss Toyota service. I have never run into a service organization like Honda. I like the styles of the Honda vehicles but their service sucks big time. The service advisors have the worst attitudes around. Not just one advisor they all seem to have a terrible attitude towards customers. I will be going back to Toyota's top notch service and organization. Honda was worth a try but not again for me.
