The entire staff went above and beyond to help get me in my “new” car. My car was transported from Augusta to Athens and I didn’t have a way home. The young lady in the office went out of her way to bring me home at her own expense. They kept me informed when my car arrived in Athens and when it was ready for me to pick up. I will definitely refer people to US Auto Sales in Athens after being treated so fairly and respectfully! Thank you to all!!

The team there make you feel like you've known them like almost family and I'm not just saying that they make you feel really comfortable where you can just be yourself and be relaxed and trust that you're in good hands I definitely will recommend my friends and family it was a great experience☺

I was told that I could make monthly payments upon getting my vehicle with TWO witnesses. Once I started signing the paper work I was told that the payments will be 176 a biweekly because it will be cheaper and that the price included the warranty. My payments are 216 biweekly, I called to speak with a sales rep and discussed with them what was told to me and she stated that they don't do monthly payments you have to pay however you get paid (which is quite ridiculous considering people have other bills). So everything I was told were all lies with doing business with this company! Worst experience ever

Very untrained employees. Confirmed before leaving my home as to what to bring with us. Got to the lot and they couldnt help us. But surely 30 days ago we were assured that they could help us. Gotta love untrained employees at a bbb accredited business
