Every time I go into this location it seems to be decent time waits for the service I get done that day. Nice people, one woman heard a woman and I speaking when I got news from my car one day and came over and took the extra step to clear things up. Ever since I love talking to that young woman. As well as the management is very well put together here! I would highly recommend seeing this Hyundai vs others.

I bought my first car here in October and from then on have had nothing but great encounters at Hyundai. Johnathan who sold me the car was the BEST salesman I've ever met; friendly, not pushy, and answered every question and more. He knew everything about every car. Dustin the sales manager was extremely nice in helping me. Nick was one of the best technicians and I never have to worry about anything going wrong with my Santa Fe. All around Hyundai gave me a great experience!

Bought a used 2014 Santa Fe for my daughter from Eldin in sales. Great experience and in conversations felt I could trust him. I drove the car for a month while she was at UGA and fell in love with the Santa Fe. Decided to buy one for me a few months later. Called Eldin and he was great. If you go there call Eldin. Service dept is convenient but casual.

I love my new car but hated and regret working with Justin at this dealership. In retrospect I should have requested another salesman. I am very delayed in writing a review from my purchase in October as I have been out of the country and traveling BUT I couldn't NOT write it after my experience. I started with an email inquiry about the car and was told that it had new tires among many other features. I set an appointment to view the car as I was traveling from 5 hours away. The person I was working with was an hour late to meet me so another salesman accompanied me on the test drive. The car was dirty with napkins in the back seat, melted candy in the consul, it was missing two floor mats (passenger and 1 rear) and hadn't been washed. I took it for a test drive and the low tire pressure light was on, which I could understand with the cooler temperature BUT the service due light was also on AND the tires were original with 30,000 miles far from "new". I hesitated but in the end I still purchased the vehicle. The dealership agreed to fix everything (minus the tires), try to locate the floor mats, and deliver it to me 5 hours away guaranteed within 3 days. After day 3 of no updates, I called to find out that it was sent back in for "reconditioning" because it wasn't up to par with their standards. Day 4 I called again to get an update. They returned my call in the evening saying that the vehicle was on its way and that the driver left Atlanta at 4 pm. I received a call at 10:15 pm from the salesman notifying me that the driver was in my neighborhood but could not locate the house. I called the driver to find out that he was in fact an hour away still and lost. Mind you, the car has navigation. He decided to sleep since he was understandably exhausted from the drive and it was getting late. Day 5 he met me at my office and the car was still missing two floor mats and had the sticky goop in the consul along with the napkins and worst of all it still had the maintenance light on. The driver was kind enough to ride along with me throughout the day to go to the local dealership where they fixed the issue. I personally had to take the car not only to get it fixed BUT also to have it professionally cleaned. The dealership reimbursed me for the cleaning but it was a hassle that should not have happened when purchasing a car for this amount of money. I am also still missing two floor mats. Buyer be cautious when working with them.

Excellent customer service. I got a good deal and the people were willing to work with me. They gave the most money for my trade in. I recommend anyone wanting to buy a new Hyundai vehicle to go this dealership. Just make sure you are firm with your prices. At the end of the day, I was very satisfied with my experience.
