I was going back and forth between 3 and four stars. I ultimately chose four because 1) we got a good deal on our car and 2) even though there were problems in every stage of buying our car, they honor their word. Life isn’t smooth, not everything is going to go perfectly. However whenever they made mistakes, they corrected them instead of brushing me off and that was really refreshing. Bottom line, as long as they were offering a good deal on the car I want, I would feel comfortable going back to them.

My family and I had a great experience buying our car from Landers McLarty. We drove from Nashville to look at a specific car (that we found through USAA), and our salesman, Brad Rhodes, was very responsive and accommodating - especially since we weren't able to get to the dealership until 15 minutes before closing time. He made the process very easy, and we never felt the typical used car salesman shticks. Thank you!

My Lander McLarty Toyota experience was excellent. Brandon Allen treated me with the utmost respect. He showed me several cars and all their features. He explained the buying and trading process to me with great detail. He was patient and wasn’t pushy at all. The showroom was clean and inviting. They offered refreshments like coffee, sodas, ice cream and popcorn! The whole experience overall was a great one. I highly recommend you go check them out!

Kyle King is extremely helpful in the service department. He's very attentive to the customers needs. Never have I had such wonderful service from a company. The environment is friendly and welcoming. Visit Landers McLarty and see Kyle you won't be disappointed.

Brad Rhodes was able to get us a great deal on the used minivan we really wanted. Being in somewhat of a rush because our prior minivan suddenly died and had to be replaced, I contacted Landers McLarty and was connected with Brad. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and, when we couldn't agree on price initially, he stayed engaged with me. He followed up with me every other day. This was a nice change of pace from other dealerships who I felt I was chasing (which I shouldn't have to do when spending as much money as I did). He worked with his management and we agreed on a price. However, I couldn't pick it up on the Saturday. Brad met me at the dealership on Sunday (they're closed and it's obviously his day off) with the paper work ready to sign and the van prepped and ready. Took 5 minutes and we were off. I highly recommend working with Brad if you need a new (or used) vehicle. And, taking the drive to Fayetteville if you're nearby. We live in Nashville and had to drive an hour but it was well worth it in the end.
