I loved the attention to details of decor I needed to match my home. Sally was wonderful. She listened and gave me options to fit my budget. She was polite, and allowed me to look around and mix and match what I needed to complete my needs. I will always go to Sally for help and advise. 5 stars for her.

My experience with Ashley's Furniture was great from start to finish at the Waterford Lakes location. Scott provided great customer service and showed me items that met my requirements. I fell in love with Windville Upholstered bed which was a great choice. When it was time for my furniture to be delivered I received a call about 3 days in advance to confirm or change the date if I needed to. Once confirmed I received a text message about the delivery window. The day of delivery I received a text message that allowed me to track the status of my delivery. The text provided my 4 hour delivery window, but even went a step further to show and the actual estimated time of delivery. It also showed a picture of the individuals delivery my furniture, what number stop they were on, and the number of the stop assigned to me. This was a great feature! This kept me from waiting all day at my house. The team also called me within 15 minutes of my delivery to let me know they were on there way. I would recommend Ashley's furniture to any of my friends and family. I am really big on customer service and Ashley's did a great job displaying this. Sincerely, An Ashley's Happy Customer

I have to admit that visiting this Ashley location in Waterford lakes was one of the best shopping experience me and my Family ever had. We came in to look for a sofa for my son and ended up making THREE purchases. The store Manager Cedric was one of the best General Manager I had the opportunity to interact with. He was very polite and have great customer service. He took the time out from his very busy schedule to spend quality time with me and my Family. I also have to recognize the Sales Associate Bill Hook he was also amazing with his great customer service and patience. I would recommend this Ashley store to all my friends and Family. Thank you Cedric and Bill for all you do for your customers, keep up the great work. Thanks Patrick Raghunanan.

After speaking with multiple sites and having no look getting the deal we were looking for, we finally got in touch with Kevin from the Waterford Lakes store. He immediately listened to what we were looking for and said just come in and I will take care of you. If it wasn’t for his customer service and attention we would not have made our purchase from Ashley. I recommend anyone looking for furniture in the Orlando area to come see Kevin!

I worked with Kevin at the Waterford store and he was absolutely fantastic! We had an issue with the furniture when t first got delivered , so he went out of his way , above and beyond to not only right the solution, but make it better than it was originally. Definitely will refer anyone I know looking for new furniture to Kevin at the Waterford lakes store.
