I purchased a  New 2014 Dodge AWD Charger from Dealership. I have had nothing but issues with the electrical components within the 1st 2 months. " Keys not being recognized", which prevents from putting in drive, "Keys have left the vehicle" while driving. Radio, etc. I've had the vehicle for two years and continue to have the same issues. It has been in service dept too many times to count. The dealership has NEVER been able to fix the problem. the most recent episode occurred this past Christmas Day. I have contacted the dealership numerous times to see if they will make this "right", I have left numerous voice mails to talk to manager, and NO reply phone calls. Chrysler had done their own "remedy" which is called CDI, which ended up being nothing  more than $200 above employee pricing (which in most cases amounts to $2 to $3,000 off vehicle costs. I have had horrible experiences with service department. They have blamed it on everything from where I place the keys in vehicle to my cell phone emitting EMF's. I am filing a complaint with the BBB as well  as with a 3rd party arbitration, ONLY after dealership and Chrysler have refused to make this issue right. I have dealt 2 years with this problem. I gave 2 stars because the sales people seem to be very nice and sympathetic however not in a position to help me. Otherwise it would have been lower.

I thought I was a big contest winner of scratch & match that won the grand prize. I had a guy name Tom to tell me come and collect my winnings  . So I call again the next day only to be told I didn't win anything
