Everyone from the receptionist all the way up to the owner of the dealership treated us with friendly, courteous service.  Our salesperson, Doug Hopson, was very helpful and informative.  I must admit, my husband and I went to Larry Fannin Chevrolet to purchase a Buick Encore.  We are so glad Doug told us about the 2018 Chevy Equinox.  It was the exterior color, interior color, and had all the bells and whistles that we were looking for in an automobile.  Financing was a breeze, because they did all the paperwork for us.  I thought it was very nice of Mr. Fannin to make a point of introducing himself to us and making us feel welcome.  Also, I would like to commend Doug on his patience in showing us all this new technology and answering all our questions.  Our Chevy Trailblazer is 14 years old, so believe me, we have a lot to learn!  Thank you for our new 2018 Chevy Equinox.

I would advise everyone NOT to purchase from this place. Missy at customer service is very unprofessional and lies to the customers. I will also report this dealership to BBB.
