The best thing about The Used Car Factory is that it never felt like a used car dealership. I went in with my financial objectives and with specific numbers in mind and they worked diligently to get me exactly where I wanted to be. Jody was very helpful. The sales manager, Jim, was the consummate professional and connected with me very personally. No doubt this team will be going places with Jim’s leadership and personal skills. Thank you for not being the typical pressuring used car dealership. You guys are a head above the rest!  Keep doing what you are doing.  May the Lord continue to bless you for your honesty and genuineness.

Oh you guys did it again!!! I am now a proud owner of a Chrysler 200 and it is a beaut!!! Johnny did a FANTASTIC job finding a vehicle to fit my price range and style! Sean, Jim, everyone at the Used Car Factory- THANK YOU!! There are not enough words to express how thankful I am for all of your help in getting me into my new vehicle! My 3rd purchase from you guys, obviously you all are doing something right!!! Thank you all again!!! I always send my friends and family to you, and that won't stop! Wonderful customer service, just all around 5+stars and simply AWESOME!!!

My experience with the used car factory has been great. The new manager was very helpful explaining my loan. Kevin G. was very helpful and He patiently worked with me to get my payments where I wanted them. I went to other dealerships and couldn't get approved because of bad credit. Kevin got me approved and in a truck I wanted. I will be back in the future.

Where to begin......I can't say enough about how courteous, friendly and professional the staff was at The Used Car Factory today. I am quite pleased with how my car buying process went, it was seamless and not painful as I thought it would be, thanks to Kevin Gentry. He, in my opinion, was accommodating to how I wished to go about purchasing a car from them and then some. If you are lucky enough to have him as your salesman, you won't be disappointed. The reasons I went to them was that they had one of the vehicles I was considering to buy, and I saw all the good reviews previous customers left them. I know I am thrilled with my purchase so much so that if someone I know, or even a stranger, is in the market for a vehicle, I will strongly suggest for them to go to The Used Car Factory. I am sure all the other salesman that work there is just as cooperative and professional, but if you can ask for Kevin Gentry!  :-)
