I LOVE working with lagers! 
This was my second experience with them and it was just as great as the first! I would highly recommend going to them! The dealers aren’t the typical pushy type, they don’t try to make you buy. All of their staff will work with you until you find something in your price range and a car you love! AND if you want to walk away, they won’t pressure you to stay! I love the experience I’ve had with them both times! Shout out to my dealer Dan and the finance lady Michelle in the used cars department for being AMAZING!

Best service department hands down! Went beyond the extra mile to assist me in getting back on the road and even checked things over that wasn't mentioned just to make sure I was safe in my truck. Honest and good people here.

Called to inquire about a used grand cherokee on a Thursday night around 6p. Gary assured me that I could test drive it yet that night and I did driving in all the way from New Ulm to do so. I was very impressed with the vehicle inspection disclosure, a full 120 point inspection I believe including work that was done to it. I noticed an issue with front brakes and test drove the truck a couple days later to make sure it was not a fluke. My wife and I decided to purchase the vehicle as long as the break issue would be addressed. Struck a great deal, had front rotors and pads replaced today at no extra cost and decided to replace the rear rotors and pads at my cost for preventive maintenance. I greatly appreciate the honesty and service at Lagers. Gary did a great job at addressing all my questions and concerns, keep it up.

I must admit, Lagers has changed, and definitely for the better. Great car buying experience, respectful and honest. I honestly enjoyed the car buying experience from my hometown dealer. Ashley, Leah, and Michele made this honestly pleasant.
To those who gave poor reviews, 1 simple suggestion: strong willed and driven people treat you like you treat them: show some respect, you'll get it back.

SOS!!!  Terrible customer service!!  DONT LISTEN TO THEM when they tell you your service contract is accepted here!!!!  Learn from my mistakes, take your car elsewhere for work.  If you need your service, it is worth the drive to Waseca.
