I purchased a used Scion and have had issues since. I did my homework and wanted a reliable vehicle. The car itself has been amazing, however, the answers to my questions were lies from this dealer. I specifically noticed a chip on the windshield and asked if it was filled--the sales guy guaranteed me it was. Less than 10 months after purchasing the car, the windshield cracked. I called them and was told it wasn't their problem. So, they sold me a car with chipped windshield, even after I asked about it. After several persuasive calls, they agreed to fix it. But, I had to pay for 1/2 of the cost to fix a windshield I had not even damaged! I also asked for the accessibility of changing air filters as I can do these things myself. I was told it was "somewhere behind the glove box". The sales guy couldn't show me. I asked if air filters had been replaced, he guaranteed me they were. I'd run the air and heater and it smelled weird every time. I took the car to get an oil change, while there, I asked the tech to show me how to get to the filter behind the glove box. Guess what? NO FILTER! I had to pay up for that, too. Even had some leaves stuck in there too. Another thing I asked about was the age of the battery. I was told it was a new battery. I asked how new. The sales guy told me it was BRAND NEW. Flash forward to today where I'm getting maintenance done and they informed me the battery is 8 years old and it's a MIRACLE it's lasted this long. So now I gotta buy a new battery less than 2 years after purchasing the car. I also checked the tires and asked how old the tires were. The treads were low but I was also unfamiliar with the style of tire. I asked the sales guy and he said the tires were rotated and had minimal mileage. I asked what that meant. He said it was less than 1,000 miles on them. I had to get 4 new tires within 11 months of purchase due to the treads being bald. My brother, a mechanic, was appalled and amazed I didn't get into any accidents with the tires as they were. In less than 2 years, I've paid more than $2000 for services to things I specifically asked out BEFORE time of purchase. This dealership lied to me. There's nothing else to say when I, (the buyer), ask a question and the sales guy, (the dealer), tells me what I want to hear and not the factual truth. I love my car but will never deal with Walser again. Obviously, they will lie to your face as long as it means a sale.

I was happy at first with my purchase of a used Tahoe, but quickly became dissatisfied with the staff at Walser. The Tahoe was advertised (and stated multiple times) that it had a rear seat entertainment system. I did not think to actually bring a DVD with me to the test drive. Within a few days of purchasing the vehicle, I tried the system, and the flip down screen in the back seat won't turn on at all. The sales rep that I worked with said they would diagnose it for free, and if it was something small, they would take care of it, and if big, we would cross that bridge when we got there. I was told that the screen had to be replaced and a replacement screen would cost $460; however, they were going to make me pay for half of the amount, plus service. The for sale ad said in multiple spots that it had a rear seat entertainment player, and the sales rep mentioned it....But, it didn't work at all. I refuse to pay again for something that I ALREADY PAID FOR in the price of the vehicle. I was blatantly lied to, and now they are trying to get more money out of me. I can't believe that they would lose a customer over $230 (half of the $460), and I'm shocked at the dishonesty of all those involved. I will be telling all my friends and family not to purchase a vehicle from any of the Walser dealerships. I called in literally within two/three days of purchase about the screen not working (and on my first attempt at using the DVD system). As I spoke with the sales manager, he even implicitly accused me of lying after I told him the screen didn't work - something like "oh I don't know if the screen was actually broken or not when you bought it." During the test drive, I was told that Walser goes through a thorough inspection on every vehicle, etc. etc.... Now with this issue, I can't wait to see what else they "thoroughly inspected." DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WALSER. I would give it less than one star if I could.
