What an amazing experience, I worked with Alex primarily and a bit with Chad. I have never felt more welcomed to a car dealership as well as trusting I got the best deal. They showed me exactly what they saw on their end and I'm now awaiting for my 2018 nearly loaded jeep compass to arrive. I highly suggest going here and would recommend over anywhere else. I even met the owner Harry and shook hands. 

I wish there was one closer to Minneapolis! Haha!

Not the best, shady tactics and when I pointed it out got very defensive about how they do business in an open manner. Don't fall for the first price given on trade ins, they will come up and up and up. Do a little used car pricing and sales tactics research before you go in so you don't get caught with your pants down............they will tell you they are giving you top dollar on the trade ins...............they aren't and will come up in value. As the price of your trade in goes up, so does the vehicle price because they magically don't have what you are looking for all of a sudden. I give two stars because I have had ok experiences in the past, but never felt as though things were honest, good enough was the feeling

I went to no less then 5 dealerships before coming here on a whim. Sean and Kevin were great! The customer service was so far above anything I could have expected. I wanted a truck with very specific options and they were able to find it for me. They drove down to Missouri just to get the truck I wanted. I had the truck in 2 days! All they wanted to do was provide top notch customer service and they did just that. Thank you for the wonderful buying experience!

I had a great experience with Harry Brown’s. Everyone there is so kind! Carson did an excellent job and took the time to help me get my new vehicle. Other car dealerships I went to had sales people that would have several customers at one time which was kind of annoying. Here, you actually felt welcomed! If you’re looking for a new vehicle, visit Carson at Harry Brown’s.

My experience at Harry Brown's was great! The salesman, Mike Hruby, was so friendly and professional. I never felt pressured, and I felt like an important customer. I got a good price on my Silverado, and I just love the truck! Harry Brown himself even visited with my son and I during the process. From the minute we walked in until we drove away with the new truck- the whole experience was outstanding. Very efficient, but not at all rushed. The whole staff was really friendly. I would highly recommend Them to everyone!
