I had a fantastic experience here! I previously had a terrible experience at another dealership, but Ryan was very responsive and clearly explained each step of the process without making me feel pressured into buying. The dealership itself was clean and inviting, and I felt I could trust every staff member I interacted with. I will definitely be stopping here again in the future!

Buying a vehicle from Saxe Chevy was the least stressful car buying experience I've ever had. Many people dread the process looking for a new car. If that's you, skip the metro area dealerships and seek out Ryan M. at Saxe. I quickly found Ryan to be trustworthy, low-key, and genuinely willing to help me through the process of buying the vehicle I wanted. I'd been looking for a new vehicle the past couple years, and every time I looked at Saxe's inventory online, I was surprised to see how competitive they were compared to other dealerships in the cities. They're a little further from the metro area, but definitely worth the trip for the quality of service they provide. Next time we're in the market, I'll be sure to make Saxe Chevy my first stop.

Awesome experience for the second truck I purchased from Matt Saxe in 2.5 years. Ryan Murray went out of his way to find me what I wanted at the best price possible. Ryan is very pleasant and really cares about his customers. Very satisfied with this dealership and I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great vehicle buying experience! Brian S.

Stopped in the day after Christmas, on a road trip to Iowa and the battery in our suburban was failing. It was 10 below or colder. They let us pull inside, and skip the line, and replaced our battery for us. We were back on the road in 45 min or so which is pretty good considering we were an unexpected visitor with no appointment. The service person was friendly and helpful and understood the situation we were in with a car full of kids.

Outstanding customer service. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. We left very satisfied with our transaction and feeling almost like family.
