We stayed 3 months and got to know the owners. We have a 2yr old and he makes lots of noise but never got a complaint from our neighbors. Our price was pretty low for extended stay. The room had everything we needed medium size refrigerator, microwave and table. Although we got our room clean weekly, I was welcomed to borrow the vacuum to clean our room. The housekeeper was friendly and I am going to miss her. We had a wonderful stay away from home!

We had a clean, neat, reasonable priced room. Om, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. It's in a very handy location for visiting so many attractions.  We will be back!

We stayed here while searching for a home in the area. The new owners Om and Goma are wonderful. We stayed here previously with the prior owners. It is cleaner and friendlier than ever! We chose room 110 because it is bigger and has a bigger refrigerator for extended stay. The water is always hot and has great pressure. The beds are comfortable. Evenings are quiet and parking is safe. You can't beat the location as the grocery store is across the street and a great restaurant is two buildings down (Colonial House). All the tourist attractions are 20-30 minutes straight up Mt. Rushmore Rd. Rates are fair and the service is wonderful! Thank you Om!

I've been staying here for awhile and everything is great. Clean rooms and wonderful owners and staff. Very affordable rates as well. A+++

My husband and I came for a weekend get away. We loved everything about the place. It was close to anything we wanted to do from shopping to sight seeing. The new owners Om and Goma are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice and quiet to stay at. We will plan our stay here from now on. Very relaxing, thank you Om and Goma for everything.
