I ordered 7 dresses and checked out. Over the course of the next 3 days, I was emailed that three of the dresses were no longer available. This is not the first time this has happened when ordering from L & T. I won't be ordering from them again. Instead, I will be using Nordstrom and Macy's when online ordering. I have always had wonderful experiences with both of these companies.

Wonderful customer service with Sana in the dress department. I had a complicated return, the store was busy, the phone was ringing but Sana kept her cool and I was able to return a dress that didn't fit from an out-of-state store and choose another. Thank you!

Only store I can find the PJs my wife likes for Christmas. Otherwise overpriced and understaffed.

This store has lovely clothing and was clean, but TERRIBLE customer service. Don't go to this location for returns, or any help of that sort. Was brushed off three different times, finding someone to help us return some dresses. When we finally found someone, she ripped the returns out of our hands and threw them on the ground next to her. When we had a question or comment, she replied sharp and rude. With smiles on our faces we quietly walked out and promised not to return. Quite unfortunate!
