Both Juan and Phil made this an overwhelmingly pleasant experience. Neither of them attempted to pressure me into a purchase and encouraged me to take my time in finding the right vehicle for me. Phil worked diligently to find and apply the rebates I qualified for as Juan worked equally hard in providing education and explanation of the vehicles I asked about. It is because of these two gentlemen I chose to buy from Mike Shaw and ultimately ended up in my dream truck. Additionally, they have continued to support me as questions have arisen about my vehicle as if the purchase had not been finalized. This level of professionalism is rare in the sales industry and a testament to the staff of this fine dealership. Thanks to all the staff and management at Mike Shaw for this wonderful experience. Excellent as always. Service is easy to schedule and all I do is get there on time and relax, while the Mike Shaw Service team work their magic. Probably need bigger coffee cups though. The 'shot glasses' they currently use require too many refills.

Shaw used car is a huge disappointment. I've always thought of GMC being a step above. And I was hoping their used vehicles would be a step above but I am frequently amazed at the horrible quality and attention to detail their used vehicles have. They don't seem to care if their trucks are dirty, dented and in general disrepair. I've looked in a few that was full of dog hair and dog puke. When I point it out they say "we'll clean that if you buy it". Who would even show a substandard vehicle like they do!

I love Mike Shaw Buick! This is the best buying experience i've had. The agency put my needs and satisfaction first! The sales rep is not on commission and there was no haggling over price. The finance manager worked even after the sale to save me 2+ points on financing. Whatever I need, I've just asked and someone has helped me. Leave yourself plenty of time, as they will go over everything in the car with you.

I have never been one to be happy about bad news but I had to write a review for the awesome team Paul and Phil at Mike Shaw in Motor City. I came into the dealership one day after work with my infant son and with a very complex case with applying for a new vehicle. My credit score was low and I would have had to roll a lot into a newly financed car. They worked for days keeping me in the loop every step of the way. When the final determination came that my financing would not be approved Paul took the time to explain to me why it didn't go through and how I could improve my chances in the future. Thank you Paul and Phil for letting me know that even though you couldn't sell me a car this time you will be there for when I am ready. So if you are military, a parent, or you need some one to break things down to a common level go to Mike Shaw in Motor City.
