Staff is friendly and helpful. The sales manager came out to greet us when we were perusing the lot. He mentioned they were short staffed and a salesman would help shortly. Great car lot.

Blake thanks for the great customer service. We all enjoy a new car! But everyone dreads the process of the vulturous sales person who   thinks they are doing you a favor. Well, I just had the opposite experience at Pikes Peak Acura Used Cars with Blake P. Blake greeted me as I entered the lot. He was helpful & knowledgeable to my questions but I didn't feel like he was breathing down my back. Blake's approach to handling sales should be taught to others. Building rapport. Gaining trust & intangible value. Gets alot further. Blake has a great sense of business & a bright future. Look forward to sending business your way. Great salesman!

Oscar - has exceptional customer service. It's such a pleasure to work and complete business with such a fine and respectful gentleman. He takes the time to listen to customers and finds the best vehicle to match customer needs.
