We've only used them so far for two inspections, but we will be going back for future service appointments. Gruff, but honest, and owner took the time to give me some great advice on an inspection concern.

Gruff, uninterested. Poor customer service. 
I had come here several times previously for my state inspection and felt as though they would just rather that I wasn't there. It seemed like they felt I was somehow infringing on them while I was waiting for the inspection to be done. Also I wasn't keen on the fact that they smoked cigarettes in the area I had to wait in. 
Came in today for my scheduled oil change and the guy couldn't even be bothered to begin at 8:20 for an 8:00 appointment. He was exceptionally rude, to the point where I just walked away. Maybe I would've been treated better if I were a male. Unacceptable.

Experienced Chevrolet people, have had only good interactions, guys know what they're doing. Fair price, quick labor and flexible, you will not regret.

They've consistently been honest about my options and about what needs to be repaired vs what can wait. They've even looked things over without charging me and made a few simple tweaks for free. I'd tow my car half an hour to get it to them instead of someone I don't know. Keep in mind that they have a full schedule and sometimes you must wait three or four days to get in. Well worth it if you can wait.
