I've been to many auto repair shops in search for a honest, fair and convenient place to have my BMW serviced. A co-worker referred me to Precision Auto Repair, so I called and made an appointment. The day of my appointment, I worked with James. He didn't have a problem answering any of my questions and checked things he didn't need to to ensure my vehicle was safe. Precision is my go-to shop for sure in the future. I recommend them to everyone! Hands down the best place you could ever take your vehicle for a repair.

The best auto repair shop around. James was so helpful and to be honest, I was very nervous coming in because I don't have a lot of trust in repair shops. I've had some bad experiences and have overpaid for unnecessary repairs in the past. James made me feel very comfortable and wasn't pushy at all. I went ahead and put my trust in Precision Auto Repair and I couldn't be happier, my Nissan runs perfect! They also have Netflix, hot coffee and the waiting room was beautiful and smelled so good. Thank you Precision Auto Repair! I recommend all of my family and friends to you.

Unlike any shop I've ever used. These people are just fantastic. From beginning to end they are just nice, honest, and really accommodating. My first visit I was so happy with the treatment I asked to speak to the owner to compliment him/her. I found that the place is run by James who is the owner and his sister. Family owned, family operated, honesty,  experience, and just really really nice people. This spot is a home run. Kudos to the Precision team!

Best auto repair shop around! I've been a customer for 8 years now, I feel like part of the family. James keeps me well informed and I always appreciate the shuttle ride back home while my Jeep is being serviced. You guys are the best! Keep up the good work.

I recently broke down at a very inconvenient time. Not being from the area and not knowing where to go I was very worried. Luckily I found the wonderful folks at Precision. My issue ended up being a pretty basic fix and they also took care of some overdue items that I had been putting off. The attention to detail and patience that James showed me and the personal touch Jennifer puts on all of her interactions is second to none. This shop and these people are the model of how all customer service should be handled at any business. If you're not utilizing their services, you're missing out and selling yourself short.
