Using the finest local produce combined with the distinctive flavors of South-East Asia, Muze offers a tantalizing menu of international dishes with a delicious Asian feel. Offering the ease of all-day dining, combined with a relaxed atmosphere and waterside views, Muze’s menu has been developed under the direction of Executive Chef Didier Pouzier and our talented new Chef de Cuisine Mark McDonnell. Featuring dishes such as Confit Lamb Shoulder & Soy Roasted Sunchoke, Black Bean Veal Cheek & Heirloom Carrot and Tempura Blue Prawns, the diverse menu promises to showcase cuisine that reflects our ‘East West Kitchen’ concept, complemented by universal dishes that everyone will recognize and enjoy.

I took my husband to MO & Muze on the evening of 4/9 for a birthday celebration. Service was excellent and the food we received was good. SUPER disappointed that the menu offerings were only half of what's shown on the website. No sushi offering, no oysters, and some of the East dishes were also missing. Asian restaurant and we ended up eating chicken and steak. We kind of wish we went somewhere outside of the hotel. Advice - confirm the end before choosing Muze.

I would never come back here again. First, the hostess DeOnna was unfriendly. We arrived for lunch and requested to sit near a window to enjoy the view. There were plenty of tables available but the hostess denied the request because the tables were reserved and seated us right next to a wall. We were there for almost two hours and the 15 tables near the windows remained vacant. Second, the food is overpriced especially when considering that the quality and the environment was average. A burger during lunch cost $22. Third, parking is very difficult. You can get valet but that would be $12 (after the discount at the restaurant). Overall, I think I could over look the other elements but what made the experience horrible was the rude hostess who did not even attempt to accommondate us. We will never come back and would not recommend this spot to anyone.

So far as the in house hotel restaurants go this is one of the best ones I've seen. Though I can't say whether it is top notch at dinner but breakfast was superb. The food was prepared and tasted really good, though the prices bite a little bit but that was expected since this is a place inside a luxury hotel. Kids enjoyed the buffet, and me a shakshuka, though I do have to admit that I would have liked a little more.

This was a family weekend with kids and toddlers. We originally thought about spending the weekend at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Glad, we did not. Muze restaurant experience was terrible. Slow service and food came out almost cold. Noodles soggy due to waiting too long before serving. Long wait...food came almost cold. If this happens to you, complain little, and they will give free food, so hope that helps. The free food saved this review from being one-star. Also, we tried their concierge service, almost no help and "busy" on the phone. We do not recommend Mandarin Oriental or their Muze restaurant. Recommend highly that you run FAST away and look for another restaurant/hotel.
