Made an online appointment for the installation of two tires for 1:00. When I checked in right at 1:00 I added an alignment. Since I had my three youngest kids with me, I asked about how long it would take. I was told about 45 minutes. Well, around 2:00 I began looking around and noticed my truck hasn't even been taken off the parking lot! I raised some cain and they made excuses. Finally around 3 :45 the job was done...

The employees were very nice and willing to help me any ways they could. They were able to physically show me what was wrong with he car and help me fix it within my budget. The management was also very informative and helpful. All around and amazing visit and I will definitely recommend this auto center to anyone in need! Bobby and Susan are amazing!

Like most Pep boys experiences I have had. Up till now not great service. The main issue is the internet price to reality, and it seems like the customer service reps know it because they are quick to defense mode when discussing online pricing and quotes.

Don't waste your time or money here. They are shady and will lie to you to get you to buy new tires when you don't even need them. Go to Discount Tire down the street instead! They have amazing service, amazing prices, and most importantly, they are honest and have great customer service, unlike Pep Boys.
