Had a GREAT experience from when I came in to service my car with Jamis Barnes. He was AMAZING!  Customer Service is exceptional!  Jamis was very nice, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He smiled the whole time I dealt with him. He came and checked on me the whole time I was there. Then, I got a call from Lucky. Little did I know it was my LUCKY day! I’ve been wanting to get a new car and he made it happen. He was on it the whole time I was there!  He was fun and made this experience so much better than I would’ve imagined (and what I’ve experienced in the past). Natalia was so sweet and helpful, too. She was the icing on the cake of the experience. It’s no fun to sit in a dealership all day but these 3 made my time there so much better!  Thank you to them and if you need anything, go see Jamis in service and/or Lucky and Natalia at the Equity Advisor desk.

My fiance came to downsize his truck to a car to save gas and Antonio Benitiez was such an amazing sales man and really worked to get us the deal we needed instead of trying to be a "car salesman". Jeff Henao was so friendly through financing and really made us feel more comfortable in our purchase with our Camry! Very pleased and will be back to get my car here too!

First things first my car has NEVER leaked oil, it only has 114,557 miles so.  But today after my oil change I was told I had a massive oil leak and water pump problems. Now my drive way marks on it.  I WILL NEVER  use their service department again. My gut feeling says they screwed me. I'm going to take my car some place I can trust. I was able to fix the leak myself by tightening the drain valve cap and they wanted $1300 to fix this leak they found. I'll be in the  market soon for a work truck but I'll go to Ford and I Have never been a Ford man.
