What a horrible customer service! Who said that they are friendly staff? No greeting when customers into the office. They are mean and irritated by customer's simple questions about the process to bill the insurance companies. They don't even want to estimate my car damage. This is not a good customer service. No explanation why they hesitant not to estimate the damage. It was for their convenience not wanting to deal with their preferred insurance companies! I have never seen any place like this with bad customer service. I won't use this place nor refer to anyone!

This place probably made my car repair and rental service as easy as it could have gone. I am extremely happy with the customer service i was provided with from Toyota Collision Center and specifically a Larry Cusamano. I respect Toyota even more now for taking good care of a loyal customer and not making me feel like another guy to get in and out the door.

Took my car for free estimate without any claims or insurance company. The estimator was cocky about his knowledge in the industry rather than being customer friendly. He told me that this won't be approved by such and such insurance and they would want to split the repair cost. I expected someone to take my side rather than insurance company for bringing them the business. He ended up giving me estimate for after market parts while the whole reason to take a Toyota to the authorized repair center was to get authorized parts. Bummer!! I am taking my car to the Carriage Nissan and they are flawless with their work based on my previous experience. Save your time and blood pressure... take your repairs to other places where the quality will be #1 whether its customer's service or genuine quality repairs.

Unfortunately I've had my car there a few times. It's been in an accident each year of the past four years I've had it. (Only one was my fault) Always great service.
